Job Summary
Lead UX design and development for internal HR platforms across Workday, Pathfinder, Spotlight Points, and SharePoint; automate and modernize HR applications to improve efficiency and usability. Act as a business architect translating HR needs into experience-driven solutions, analyzing user journeys and using analytics to measure UX effectiveness. Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and HR stakeholders in an Agile environment; use Jira to track work and milestones. Design wireframes and interactive prototypes; develop and integrate UX solutions within Workday and related systems. Leverage Agentic AI capabilities and Copilot Studio to prototype intelligent, conversational experiences and enhance user experiences across enterprise HR platforms. Provides guidance to junior staff on front-end development best practices and contributes to platform-level architectural strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience in front-end development or UX design
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience designing and developing complex UIs, preferably in HR/workforce systems
- Proficiency with Workday design/development and integration patterns
- Experience with Agile delivery, JIRA, and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to translate HR/business requirements into experience-driven solutions
- Ability to lead design and development efforts and mentor junior staff
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with SharePoint, PathFinder, Spotlight Points, and enterprise HR platforms
- Experience with AI-enabled UX capabilities and tools (Agentic AI, Copilot Studio)
