Job Summary
Senior UX Designer (Service Design) responsible for shaping end-to-end service experiences through user research, journey mapping, and service blueprinting. Apply Design Thinking and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to create actionable service insights, develop personas, and visualize interactions via journey maps and blueprints. Position is a 9-month contract with onsite work in Toronto, Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent understanding of user research methods and their application in service design
- Strong proficiency in service design tools and techniques (e.g., journey mapping, service blueprinting, personas)
- Expertise in creating and interpreting customer journey maps and service blueprints to visualize service interactions
- Certification in Design Thinking, Lean Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is an asset
