Job Summary
Collaborate with radiologists, pathologists, surgeons, and IT managers to create efficient medical software by learning their workflows and pain points. Build relationships with customers and implement designed solutions through rapid prototyping, user testing, and close cooperation with development teams. Share ways of working with other UX designers and progress from user research collaboration to full responsibility for UX on small development teams. Conduct user research and create prototypes with support from colleagues while interacting regularly with the team to gain insights.
Required Qualifications
- university-level education with a focus on cognitive science, interaction design, usability, visual design, or a related field
- good knowledge of software development and UX design experience
- comfortable using both English and Swedish, verbally and written
- some experience in working alongside developers to prototype and implement design solutions
- some experience in working with product owners/managers to understand business goals and requirements
- strong interest and/or experience in working with user research
- willingness and ability to learn and take on new tasks fast
- ability to utilize previous experiences and quickly grasp new information
- strong analytical mindset
- ability to understand and break down and solve problems
- ability to interact with colleagues, partners and customers in an effective, clear and constructive way
- mandatory background security screening
Desired Qualifications
- experience and knowledge about software development, preferably within healthcare
