Job Summary
UX Designer for Arine’s SaaS platform focusing on Clinical Content and Intelligence in the pharmacist workflow. Lead user research, ideation, and the end-to-end design process; translate research into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI; help shape design systems and standards; advocate for user needs in collaboration with product managers, clinicians, and engineers; leverage design thinking to bring clarity in an ambiguous environment; drive outcomes across enterprise solutions with a patient-centric medication management platform. Responsibilities emphasize conducting user interviews and usability testing, creating flows and mockups, iterating with stakeholders, and ensuring implementation aligns with brand principles. Nice-to-haves include healthcare tech experience, data-driven design, front-end or PM experience, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts and design systems.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience, UI design, or a related field
- Experience in user research methodologies, design thinking, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing
- Ability to guide front-end developers and product managers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare technology
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to interpret user data
- Prior experience in front-end software development and/or software product management
- Understanding or direct experience with AI/Machine Learning concepts and applications
- Experience working with Design systems/FE libraries
- Experience with Motion graphics software or animation design
