Job Summary
Conduct site improvement and content design to enhance user experience through prototyping, user testing, and results analysis. Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to solidify requirements and designs while promoting development projects for design systems, new services, and PoCs. Leverage experience in launching applications and managing large-scale e-commerce sites to drive Rakuten Travel's growth as Japan's leading online travel agency.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in UX and project management
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of HCD (Human-Centered Design)
- Proposals for new services and improvements based on user research
- Knowledge of SEO, web accessibility, and site performance
- Experience in launching and improving applications
- Experience in operating and managing e-commerce sites and large scale sites
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country)
