Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •Ability to conduct user research, gather insights, and create user personas
• •Proficient in creating low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• •Capable of mapping out detailed user flows to ensure intuitive navigation
• •Strong understanding of organizing information and content hierarchies for usability
• •Knowledge of interactive elements and creating seamless user experiences
• •Expertise in designing for various screen sizes and devices (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• •Familiar with web accessibility standards (WCAG) and ensuring designs are inclusive
• •Experience in creating and maintaining consistent design systems and style guides
• •Ability to analyze user data and metrics to improve design decisions and user experience
• •Basic understanding of front-end web development (HTML/CSS/JS) for effective communication with development teams
• •Expertise in design tools preferably Figma
• •Ability to dive into the motivation and goals behind the designs, and the story we are trying to relate to the users
• •The ability to express ideas visually in a way that triggers desired emotional reactions
• •Strong eye for selecting and designing images, icons, and visual elements tailored for web use
• •Knowledge of web typography principles, font pairing, and legibility across devices
• •Understanding of color schemes, contrast, and usage in web design for aesthetics and readability
• •Ability to design visuals that align with brand identity and guidelines
• •Can create custom illustrations and vector graphics for web interfaces
• •Designing and reusing scalable icons that fit into web design systems
• •Proficient in compressing and optimizing images for web performance without compromising quality
• •Ability to create micro-interactions, animations, and transitions using web-optimized formats
• •Basic skills in photo manipulation, retouching, and enhancements for web image use
• •Experience in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Affinity Designer
• •Ability to develop innovative solutions to design challenges
• •Ensuring precision in design elements, from alignment to pixel-perfect layouts
• •Able to work on various projects simultaneously and pivot quickly based on feedback
• •Strong ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• •Capable of managing deadlines, delivering projects on time, and balancing multiple priorities
