Job Summary
Translate complex hospital and operational workflows into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions by simplifying screens with large data volumes and creating wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma. Collaborate with product teams and subject matter experts to identify pain points, gather requirements, and present design decisions to cross-functional stakeholders while maintaining clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This contract position offers a base rate of $55.00 - $75.00 per hour for an experienced designer focused on optimizing enterprise healthcare applications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience designing complex enterprise or B2B software applications
- Understanding of healthcare operations, clinical workflows, provider-facing systems, or related environments
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into effective user experiences
- Proficiency with Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and workflow documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside product, engineering, and business stakeholders
