Job Summary
Conduct user research, create user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and facilitate UX workshops to deliver user-centered digital services. Perform usability testing and ensure consistent, accessible experiences while promoting UX best practices across projects. Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and development teams in an Agile environment. Requires proven end-to-end UX design experience, proficiency with Figma or Miro, and French proficiency at C2 level. Must work on-site at least 60% of the time in a hybrid role. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in end-to-end UX design and user research
- Strong skills in user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Experience facilitating UX workshops and presenting UX findings
- Proficiency with Figma, Miro, or equivalent design tools
- Experience working in Agile (Scrum or similar) teams
- Knowledge of UX metrics and UX strategy
- French proficiency (C2 level)
- Ability to work on-site at least 60% of the time (hybrid role)
