Lead a team of UX designers and researchers to design web and mobile software, as well as embedded UIs on payment hardware, collaborating with product, engineering, and business partners to deliver user-centered designs that align with business goals. End-to-end UX design and research process leadership, stakeholder collaboration, creation of low- and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, data-driven iteration, and mentoring of junior designers in an agile, cross-functional environment.
