UX Designer (End-to-End Product)

Job Summary
Partner with Domain Leads and Product Owners to create cohesive experiences across products, owning end-to-end design from problem definition to delivery. Conduct user research to uncover pain points and translate findings into actionable improvements, while collaborating with stakeholders to synthesize data for value-driven decisions. Produce deliverables including user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes that integrate seamlessly into the wealth management ecosystem, ensuring accessibility by meeting WCAG/ADA standards. Design responsive web and mobile experiences, applying service design principles to improve touchpoints while coordinating with the firm-wide UX organization to share best practices.
Required Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong record of contributing to successful product launches
- Strong UX expertise, including: user research, interaction design, information architecture, and experience strategy / experience design approaches (with depth in one or more of these areas)
- Proven experience conducting and applying user research throughout the design process (discovery, evaluation, and validation)
- Strong practical understanding of end-to-end product design (from discovery and problem definition to design execution and implementation)
- Demonstrated ability to solve business and user needs through research-informed design, reflected in your portfolio
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive engagement
- Ability to leverage research insights, user data, wireframes, and prototypes to validate concepts and deliver effective solutions
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design tools (including AI-enabled tools)
- Experience with service design topics such as: journey mapping, service blueprinting, and cross-channel experience design
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and works effectively with multidisciplinary teams across a large organization
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and critical thinking in ambiguity-driven situations
- Shows resilience and adaptability when facing challenges
