Job Summary
UX Designer at SCB TechX (Contract 1 year) responsible for guiding the design process from discovery through delivery. Lead activity includes translating research into requirements, creating customer journeys, wireframes, IA, prototypes, and usability testing. Collaborate with delivery/discovery teams, product owners, visual designers, and UX copy writers to craft flows and handovers, generate user stories and personas, and champion user-centered design to enhance digital products for millions of customers.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, User Experience Design, Psychology, Social Science, Information Science, Visual Design, Interaction Design or related disciplines
- 3-5 years working in UX/UI design, user research or applied product research.
