Job Summary
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for web and mobile platforms, prioritizing mobile optimization and usability. Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives and research insights into intuitive digital experiences. Collaborate with researchers to incorporate qualitative and quantitative data into design decisions while defining design patterns and component libraries. Identify opportunities to simplify complex workflows and leverage experimentation to validate solutions. Advocate for user-centered design that balances business goals, technical feasibility, and accessibility. Stay current on emerging trends and best practices. This contract role offers $60–65 per hour in Malvern, Pennsylvania, with a 30-day posting window.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related field
- Experience designing responsive and/or mobile experiences
- Strong proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and communicating design decisions
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable design practices
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative, technical, or related field
