Job Summary
UX Designer for a founding-startup team responsible for cross-disciplinary product design and end-to-end UX. You will collaborate with PMs and Engineering to shape product vision, create design materials evaluated with customers, and contribute to the design system. 5-10 years of product/UX design experience in an early-stage startup required; Bachelor’s degree in a design discipline; proficient in UX/UI across web technologies with strong prototyping, communication, and ability to balance execution with user experience. Fully remote role across North America, with opportunities to work closely with founders and a talented Engineering and Product team in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a design-related discipline
- 5-10 years experience working as a product designer or UX designer in an early-stage startup
- Proven experience creating reusable design patterns
- Good knowledge of web technologies; front-end development experience a major plus
- Ability to rapidly prototype ideas and solicit feedback; strong communication skills
- Experience in the B2B domain is a plus
