Job Summary
UX Designer to partner with product teams across Data Analytics & Digital Integration to deliver scalable enterprise platforms. Responsible for all stages of the UX design process, including user research, usability testing, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design to communicate ideas. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, maintains design system and style guidelines, and stays abreast of industry trends. Must be able to work across cultures and time zones; travel up to 25%. Relocation is not a negotiable benefit; candidates must live in the area or relocate at their own expense. Strong visual and interaction design skills with expertise in Figma, responsive/mobile design, and user-centered design are required. Desired background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design or equivalent, 5+ years UX design experience, and experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and enterprise software design. Preferred qualifications include MFA/PhD, experience leading enterprise design systems, and strong communication and collaboration skills. Visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.
