Job Summary
Lead UX design and research initiatives across products in Small Business Payments, shaping user experience strategy and outcomes. Mentor and manage a team of experience designers and researchers, drive inclusive design and accessibility, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development, analyze user research and data to inform design decisions, and leverage AI to improve workflows and designs. Develop end-to-end design solutions including wireframes and prototypes, diagram service flows, and establish “north star” representations to guide customer-centric decisions and transformational innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles
- Demonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboarding, wireframes, prototypes)
- Inclusive design and accessibility guidelines experience
- Ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed product/experience proposals
- Advanced technical literacy including client-side technologies, APIs, microservices, and the technology stack impact on UX
