Job Summary
UX Design Lead at Bringg (Part-time ~92 hours/month) responsible for owning and evolving Bringg’s design system to empower PM-led design with AI-assisted workflows. You will maintain the system, set quality standards, provide UX guidance to PMs, build and maintain AI prompting guides and design templates, review high-stakes flows before they ship, and coach PMs across time zones to produce more consistent, thoughtful designs. You’ll be the sole dedicated design voice on the team, shaping how a large, enterprise-focused platform delivers UX quality without doing day-to-day screen design. Located in Tel Aviv with async-first collaboration across time zones; AI-assisted workflows and design-system governance are core to the role.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of UX/product design experience across web and mobile (iOS and Android)
- Experience owning or significantly shaping a design system
- Strong UX fundamentals and the ability to communicate design decisions clearly to PMs
- Comfortable leading through influence rather than headcount
- Async-first working style; the team spans multiple time zones
- Open to AI-assisted design workflows - hands-on experience is a plus
