Job Summary
UX Design Intern at Bentley: join a global UX design team for a 6-month internship with a hybrid setup in Vilnius or Kaunas. Gain hands-on experience across design and UX research, contribute to Research Operations, document processes, participate in the Design Community of Practice, and collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and subject matter experts. You’ll learn about infrastructure software products, work on research insights and workflow improvements, and grow under a dedicated mentor. Ideal candidates bring problem-solving skills, familiarity with user research methods, experience or interest in design sprints, personas, journeys, and AI-powered design tools (Figma, Miro, TheyDo, research repositories). Open to undergraduates in HCI, UX Design, UX Research, Interaction Design, Fine Arts, Psychology, Journalism, or related fields. Flexible work arrangement (home, office, or hybrid) and exposure to a global design team are offered.
