Job Summary
Design AI-powered end-to-end use case flows for the internal Employee Assistant, drive human-centered, data-informed design decisions, collaborate with ML teams to train LLMs, and present design rationale to stakeholders. Lead cross-functional efforts in designing for web, mobile, and multi-modal conversational experiences, contribute to a design system, and translate complex data into actionable insights through storytelling and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in User Experience Design, Conversational AI Design, or similar roles designing for LLMs
- Experience deploying Conversational AI solutions using NLP and AI technologies
- Proficiency with design tools and platforms (e.g., MindStudio, Dialogflow, VoiceFlow, Microsoft Bot Framework)
- Experience across web, mobile, and other digital channels
- Experience creating inclusive designs and accessibility guidelines
- Ability to plan and organize design work from concept through execution
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work autonomously in an agile environment
- Ability to develop experiences that meet or exceed product proposals and drive decision-making
- Understanding of product lifecycles from a UX perspective
- Experience facilitating design-led workshops
- Experience presenting to stakeholders and documenting design rationale
- Experience collaborating with ML teams on LLM-based design initiatives
- Familiarity with agile development practices
