Job Summary
Seeking a User Experience Design Lead to enhance user interactions with products, services, and systems. Responsibilities include leading design research, defining experience objectives, and creating intuitive interfaces. The candidate should have extensive experience in user-centered design, seamless experience creation across digital and physical platforms, and the ability to evaluate designs against guidelines. Knowledge in executing research plans and providing feedback to improve user experience is crucial. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Human Factors, or a related field, and typically have 9-12 years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HCI, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, User Interface Design, or equivalent
- Typically 9-12 years' experience in user experience design
- End-to-end product design/delivery experience
Desired Qualifications
- Broad experience with user-centered design methodologies
- Ability to design web and mobile solutions
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping design tools (Figma, Miro)
- Experience in UX Research
- Proven ability to create seamless user journeys
