Job Summary
Assist radiologists, cardiologists, and neurosurgeons in performing interventional diagnostic exams, angiographic procedures, neuro-injections, and neuro-embolization. Prepare and position patients for exams, scrub and assist with sterile procedures, set up trays, and circulate while monitoring vital signs. Administer contrast, IV fluids, and medications per hospital guidelines, then perform quality assurance checks on equipment and processes. Work full-time, 100% FTE, in four 10-hour shifts from 0700-1730.
Required Qualifications
- Satisfactory completion of formal technology training in an AMA approved school
- Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Certified by the State of Washington as a Radiologic Technologist
