Job Summary
Provide primary care to 19-25 patients daily in Warrenton, VA, with onsite moderately complex lab and point-of-care testing. Manage clinic patients with an approximately 1:12 rotation for Envera After Hours Triage. Deliver team-based, patient-centered care using EPIC EMR and DAX Copilot AI-assisted documentation. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM as a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician eligible for unrestricted Virginia licensure and Public Service Loan Forgiveness. Required Qualifications
