Job Summary
RN Coordinator-Utilization Review provides assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of services and resources to optimize patient outcomes; collaborates with multiple disciplines to manage patient care across the continuum; requires RN licensure in Oregon, with either a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or an Associate's Degree plus applicable experience. The role supports utilization review/case management with five years of related experience and offers on-call, part-time and full-time opportunities across day, evening, night or variable shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate's Degree with 2+ years of related experience in lieu of Bachelor's
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Five (5) years Clinical experience in an acute adult medical/surgical care setting
- Five (5) years Current Utilization Review or Case Management experience
- Demonstrated clinical expertise and experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models
