Utilization Analyst

Monitor a select group of customers in real time to ensure drivers are loaded and unloaded on time, reaching out to drivers or customers daily for status updates during detention events. Qualify drivers for detention pay eligibility based on specific requirements and develop audit processes for time-based tables and reports. Manage all detention process requirements with customers to meet expectations, respond to inquiries with data clarifications, and provide ad hoc reports using existing or custom SQL queries. Assist in department action plans supporting the strategic business plan while utilizing downtime to expand SQL and Excel abilities. Contribute to team efforts by recognizing and implementing new efficiencies and process improvements.
