Job Summary

Operate dishwashing equipment to sanitize dishware, utensils, and cookware. Regularly sanitize kitchen areas, serving lines, and storage spaces while maintaining a clean recycling area. Restock service ware during meal periods and assist with small event setup and breakdown. Perform general custodial duties, receive deliveries, and support food preparation tasks like washing and cutting. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Work full-time, 40 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 to 9:30 pm. Eligible for premium pay including overtime and shift differentials for holidays and emergencies.
