Job Summary
Utility Worker Part-Time position in Rochester, NY for Episcopal SeniorLife Communities. Responsible for maintaining kitchen work area, equipment and utensils in a clean, sanitary, and orderly fashion, including setting up workstations, operating the dish machine, cleaning tasks, stocking, and assisting with meals and resident-related duties as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds (25 pounds routinely) and stand for long periods; requires reading/writing at 12th-grade level and ability to follow instructions. Weekend shifts 6:30 am–2:30 pm on Saturdays and Sundays; Weekday shifts 11:00 am–7:00 pm. Reports to the Chef Manager. Requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent; six months of food service experience preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer.
