Job Summary
Utility Worker responsibilities include overseeing sanitation operations and coordinating tasks to ensure completion. Responsibilities include caring for and cleaning floors and dining areas,restocking supplies in the dining area, removal and proper disposal of waste, receiving and stocking inventory, and cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment. Must be able to work both independently and as part of a team; prior experience in foodservice and/or maintenance is a plus.
