Job Summary
Set up dish stations, manage chemical levels, and operate dish machines per manufacturer guidelines. Clean equipment including hoods, filters, steam tables, and bus carts while maintaining a sanitized, organized work area. Monitor food safety standards, report hazardous conditions immediately, and handle guest issues or housekeeping duties as assigned. Work independently and as a team member to meet productivity standards and safety protocols. May set up meeting rooms and perform other duties as needed within the hotel.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and trustworthiness
- Security clearances
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to push or pull 60 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to lift and/or carry 30 pounds unassisted
- Must be able to stand for eight hours
- Must be able to bend, stretch, reach
- Must be able to see and hear
- Must be able to communicate with other associates and/or guests
- Must be able to work alone without direct supervision
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Must be able to multi task, remain service centric
- Must be able to Comply to all standards
- Must be able to Report or correct any hazardous conditions observed immediately
- Physical presence at the hotel
- Must be able to work any day/shift, including weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in similar capacities: lodging, housing, hospitals, care facilities
- Food Handling certification
