Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles, power tools, and production machines while inspecting work processes to ensure project quality. Utilize Boom Lifts for high-rise window cleaning, dusting, and stainless steel frame cleaning. Maintain a clean work area, comply with safety rules, and stop unsafe behaviors while wearing required personal protective equipment. Perform these duties Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM at a rate of $16.00–$17.00 per hour. No supervisory responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's license with clear MVR
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED
- Six months in a company environment or equivalent experience
- Forklift certification
- Completed all safety and task training certifications
