Job Summary
Perform general housekeeping, sanitation, and weed control across the facility, including cleaning tank vents and painting to support production operations. Execute basic equipment cleaning for both interior and exterior plant areas while adhering to GMP standards. Work independently with a minimum of direct supervision, demonstrating initiative to learn facility maintenance operations and improve professional skills. Maintain a positive attitude toward assigned duties and exhibit urgency for safety, quality, and productivity. Day shift Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 or older at time of hire
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn or have knowledge of facility maintenance operation
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., occasionally
- Ability to work with a minimum of direct supervision, which includes the ability to use independent judgment regarding work tasks
