Job Summary
Conduct pest control inspections and install termite control systems for residential and commercial clients. Perform TAP insulation installation, exclusion services, and wildlife removal while managing job-site preparations and clean-up. Assist with light construction repairs related to pest damage and communicate with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends through continuous training and complete production forms documenting all services provided. Work in tight, confined spaces and around animals, insects, and chemicals while operating company vehicles and adhering to safety protocols.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license from state of residence
- Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
- Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present information in both internal and external settings
- Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Ability to follow instructions for mixing on product labels
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator
- Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise reposition objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to maintain balance when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
- Ability to push objects forward, downward, or outward with sustained force using the upper extremities
- Ability to work both inside and outside in your local climate
- Ability to regularly sit, climb, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
- Clean shaven face
- Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and/or local regulations
