Job Summary

Conduct pest control inspections, install and maintain termite systems, and perform TAP insulation installation for residential and commercial clients. Execute exclusion services, wildlife removal, and minor construction repairs while managing site preparations and clean-up. Communicate with customers to explain services and ensure satisfaction, then document all production forms accurately. Operate company vehicles safely and work in confined spaces, heights, and around chemicals under established safety protocols. Requires a valid driver's license, clean-shaven face, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Available Monday through Saturday with hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $23.00.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license from state of residence
Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
Ability to present information in both internal and external settings
Basic math skills — add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to follow instructions for mixing on product labels
Clean shaven face
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), like an OSHA-compliant respirator
Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
Ability to move up to 50 pounds by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects
Ability to maintain balance when walking, standing, or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces
Ability to push objects forward, downward, or outward with sustained force using the upper extremities to press with steady force and drag, draw, haul, or tug objects
Ability to work both inside and outside in your local climate
Ability to regularly sit, climb, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling, up and down stairs, ladders, scaffolding, ramps, and poles
Ability to work around animals, insects and termites
Ability to work in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
Ability to set up and build exclusion traps
Ability to cut flashing and forms hardware cloth to specifications
Ability to remove animals trapped in exclusion devices
Ability to work in a safety harness from roof tops
Ability to work around mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights and scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals
Ability to complete production forms documenting services provided
Ability to resolve conflicts and disputes in a non-violent and non-disruptive manner
Ability to make financial quotes and commitments on behalf of the company
Ability to use, handle, and have access to regulated chemicals
Ability to safely operate a vehicle on the public streets
Ability to receive company equipment to perform work
