Job Summary

Set up, operate, and monitor stackers, conveyors, and related equipment while maintaining product quality and supporting machine operators. Read MacOps and machine schedules to verify incoming materials, identify proper stacking patterns, and inspect for non-conforming product. Perform box inspections, monitor pH and ink viscosity, and complete accurate production documentation. Maintain a clean work environment, wear required PPE, and report equipment issues or unsafe conditions to supervision. Work effectively with operators and supervisors to achieve production goals in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and noise.

Required Qualifications

  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Ability to read and understand work orders, machine schedules, and production specifications
  • Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic shop math
  • Ability to identify quality concerns and communicate them effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to learn and follow instructions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates dependability, professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hearing protection, safety gloves, and steel-toe footwear

Desired Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Zero (0) to one (1) year of manufacturing or production experience
  • Corrugated packaging experience
