Utility Technician / Busser

Conduct dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties, and store food and non-food supplies under the direction of supervisory personnel. Set up the dish washing area, prepare for washing, and distribute clean pots, dishes, and utensils. Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen according to established schedules and procedures. Empties trash containers as required and maintains safe, sanitary conditions while adhering to personal appearance standards. Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
