Job Summary
Sweep and mop all kitchen floors, coolers, bakery, and service areas. Clean all equipment in the kitchen, coolers, bakery, and service areas. Support the dish room during busy periods. Clean all kitchen counter tops and shine all stainless steel at least three times weekly. Empty all trash cans. This role requires 100% standing or walking, with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
