Job Summary
Sweep and mop kitchen floors, coolers, bakery, and service areas. Clean all equipment, counter tops, and stainless steel at least three times weekly. Support dish room operations during busy periods and empty all trash cans. Requires standing or walking 100% of the time with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs and frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
