Job Summary
Clean all kitchen equipment, coolers, storage areas, and dining room tables according to Parkhurst standards and procedures. Sweep and mop floors in kitchen, bakery, and service areas; wipe down counters and shine stainless steel at least three times weekly. Support dish room during busy periods, empty trash cans, and assist with catering deliveries and pickups. Maintain open communication with management regarding product and supply needs while following the "clean as you go" schedule. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
