Job Summary
Conduct GPR and utility mapping surveys using cutting-edge equipment, undertaking investigative work and creating reports in accordance with company procedures. Perform quality control checks on survey drawings before issuance to customers, post-process GPR data, and issue data to CAD. Engage with site surveyors, contractors, suppliers, and clients while providing technical support to project managers and internal staff. Mentor and train trainee and junior surveyors as required. Travel across the UK is common, with flexibility needed for night or evening shifts and working away from home during the week.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge and experience of underground utility tracing and GPR
- Experience working across a wide variety of environments and on complex surveys
- Ability to post-process GPR data
- Working knowledge/understanding of PAS 128:2014 specification surveys
- Ability and willingness to work flexibly
- A full UK manual driving license
- CSCS Card
- Travel across the UK
- Working away from home during the week
- Accommodate night or evening shifts as needed
Desired Qualifications

- Ability to use Microsoft Word
- ProQual (NVQ) Level 3
