Job Summary
LATAM Utility Support Admin role responsible for managing utility accounts across the property portfolio, including tracking electric, gas, water/sewer and other services; downloading invoices and entering them for payment processing; monitoring due dates to avoid late fees or service interruptions; troubleshooting billing issues with providers; reconciling accounts and investigating discrepancies; transferring accounts into the correct property name and billing portal; tracking utility usage and flagging anomalies; maintaining organized records and coordinating with property managers and vendors. Requires fluent English (written and spoken), strong organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), data-entry accuracy, and effective communication for coordinating with providers and internal teams. Remote independent-contractor engagement with core US East Coast hours.
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in utility management, accounts payable, or property administration preferred.
