Utility

The Utility role involves performing production tasks across pillow and comforter manufacturing in a fast-paced, repetitive environment. Responsibilities include bagging pillow components, operating fiber fillers and pillow stuffing devices, packing finished goods into boxes, labeling, and ensuring correct product packaging. Maintain product quality to specifications, follow safety rules, keep a clean and safe work area, and support multiple departments as needed. Emphasis on teamwork, clear communication, sound judgment, safety orientation, production efficiency, and dedication to product quality. Roles may include assisting with other duties, working with minimal supervision after training, and contributing to overall factory operations.
