Job Summary
Utility Specialist role combining pest control, exclusion services, TAP insulation installation, and light construction. Responsibilities include inspecting and treating residential/commercial pest activity, installing TAP insulation, setting up and maintaining exclusion traps, wildlife removal, and related safety protocols. Requires effective customer communication, ability to work in confined spaces and varied conditions, and staying updated on industry regulations. Must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license; licenses/certifications per regulations may be required. This Full-Time position involves on-site work with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, and traversing varied environments.
