Job Summary
The Utility Sales Professional will develop long term partnerships with customers and provide solutions focused on utility equipment, including skid-loaders, mini-excavators, and compact loaders. Key responsibilities include documenting and tracking sales activities, utilizing manufacturer programs to achieve market share, selling products and services, conducting field demonstrations, maintaining knowledge of equipment values, and ensuring customer satisfaction through follow-up and coordination with sales teams. Strong interpersonal skills and prior sales experience are essential for success in this role.
Required Qualifications
- Prior sales experience and/or training
- Solid understanding of local market conditions
- Knowledge of resale values of particular machinery a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills
