Job Summary
Utility Project Administrator responsible for preparing, submitting, and tracking permits and Traffic Control Plan (TCP) applications; monitor permit renewals and ensure regulatory compliance; process and audit contractor invoices for accuracy; create and manage purchase order requisitions in Oracle Fusion; coordinate with project managers, vendors, and government agencies; resolve invoice discrepancies and support timely payments; maintain permit, invoice, and project records; support Reliability projects, including emergency and planned maintenance activities; requires 3+ years of administrative, project coordination, permitting, or utility/construction support experience and proficiency in Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative, project coordination, permitting, or utility/construction support experience
- Knowledge of permitting processes and regulatory requirements
- Experience with invoice processing, purchase orders, and vendor coordination
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion or similar ERP systems
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
