Utility Associate at Brock & Company will maintain a clean and organized workstation, wash equipment and service ware, receive and distribute deliveries, and ensure proper sanitation of the kitchen and dining room. The role involves trash removal, floor maintenance, standing for extended periods, lifting/moving food and containers up to one’s height, and adherence to COVID-19 safety protocols while delivering courteous, helpful customer service. Essential duties include washing and sanitizing production equipment and service ware, removing trash per supervisor instructions, maintaining a clean and safe work area in line with health and food-handling regulations, and receiving/unpacking/storing deliveries into refrigerators, freezers, and storerooms per supervisor instructions.
