Job Summary
Prepare and plate salads and desserts, manage dishwashing operations, and maintain kitchen cleanliness including floors and equipment. Set up and run the dishwasher, clean pots and pans, check water temperatures, and maintain sanitation standards. Stock food on shelves and refrigerators, replace paper towels, and assist with dining room service such as pouring beverages. Report kitchen or dining room problems to the supervisor and attend all required in-service and staff meetings. This role requires good organizational skills, the ability to work under close supervision, and physical stamina to lift 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
