Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of assigned area; operate tools and equipment as trained; move and rearrange furniture and equipment; stock and maintain par levels of supplies in porter closets; clean walls, ceilings and vents; follow OSHA safety codes regarding chemicals and electrical equipment; perform other related duties as assigned; requires operating specialized cleaning equipment such as scrubber, buffers, carpet extractor, and scissor lift; must have a valid Nevada driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 21
- Knowledge of flooring maintenance (vinyl, concrete, stamped concrete, carpeted, marble)
- Ability to interact with others in a friendly, positive and courteous manner
- Ability to tolerate chemicals/cleaners/solvents
- Ability to operate scrubber, walk behind, ride-on equipment
- Variable speed buffer, carpet extractor, and scissor lift
- Valid Nevada driver's license
