Job Summary
Lead daily field operations and supervise crews performing utility pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration activities. Provide direction to field crews, coordinate work assignments, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently while meeting company standards. Train, coach, and mentor crew members in safe work practices, maintain company vehicles and equipment, and complete required documentation and reports. Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance while communicating professionally with customers, utility representatives, and community members. Represent Osmose outdoors in various weather conditions with frequent travel exceeding 80% and occasional overnight assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience
- Ability to safely operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including regularly lifting and moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as business needs require
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Frequent overnight travel Monday through Friday throughout one or more states may be required
- Extended workweeks and occasional weekend work may be necessary during peak seasons or special projects
