Job Summary
Lead daily field operations and supervise crews performing utility pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration activities. Coordinate work assignments, train and mentor staff on safety procedures, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Maintain vehicles and equipment, complete documentation, and communicate professionally with customers and utility representatives. Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance while representing the company positively. This full-time, year-round role involves 80%+ travel and occasional weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience
- Ability to safely operate and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including regularly lifting and moving up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally as business needs require
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Travel is expected to exceed 80%
- Frequent overnight travel Monday through Friday throughout one or more states may be required
- Extended workweeks and occasional weekend work may be necessary during peak seasons or special projects
