Job Summary
Keep production room and outside trash compactor area picked up and clean. Use hydraulic baling machine and trash compactor to dispose of rags and trash, forming bales up to 500 lbs. and stacking them safely. Maintain neat storage room by moving materials daily and retrieving merchandise from hard-to-reach areas. Perform janitorial tasks, including cleaning spills and picking up floor items, and assist in moving display racks, setting up signs, and loading/unloading trucks. Report compactor capacity, low hanger supply, and safety hazards to management. Receive donations, provide receipts, and carry purchased items to customer vehicles.

- Use upper body strength to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally lift and move up to 500 pound rag bales with assistance of a dolly
- Frequently pushes and pulls donation carts weighing up to 30 pounds with assistance
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak, hear, stand and move throughout the store
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to lift the arms shoulder height or above
