Job Summary
Keeps production area clean and organized; operates the baling machine and trash compactor to dispose of donations and rags; stores seasonal merchandise and maintains the storage room; loads/unloads trucks, moves items to and from storage, assists in setting up displays, and performs janitorial tasks as needed. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 500 pounds with assistance, work in a fast-paced retail/production environment, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to keep operations moving. Emphasizes safety and teamwork in daily duties and supports various duties beyond primary scope as assigned by management.
