Job Summary
Assist in the operation of production on the assigned shift across departments such as Raw Receiving, Load Out, and Feather Loader/Cook; receive training and perform duties in multiple departments, with potential transferability opportunities. Learn plant procedures, observe experienced workers, attend company-sponsored training, and adhere to safety, QA, and HR policies. Position involves standing/walking, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working a day shift (A Shift) Sunday through Wednesday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, with potential shift rotations. Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a PIT license; may be subject to background checks and standard onboarding as part of Tyson Foods’ employment process.
